ProFILE maintains a 50,000 square foot facility that is fully secure and continually monitored. The facility has a state-of-the-art alarm system that guards against unauthorized access and fire. All of our Access Controlled Areas are monitored by a digital, closed-circuit camera system. We have designated areas for each function of our business, including:

• Linear Storage Area for the secure, compliant storage of medical records and files.
• Records Storage Area, which includes a digital bar-coding system for accurate data retention and quick retrieval.
• Media Rotation Vault, which includes a separate two-hour, fire-rated room for secure storage and rotation of digital media and tapes. The room has separate climate controls to ensure proper care and storage of delicate data.
• Secure Shredding Area, which is in an eight-foot high, locked enclosure that has laser sensors and closed-circuit cameras for the utmost security.
• Scanning & Imaging Room, with a climate-controlled environment which ensures the highest quality of output of scans and images.
