ProFILE has developed a document storage process that ensures the highest level of security and safety. And it all starts with our fully secure, 24/7 alarm monitored, 50,000 square foot storage facility. Here we store tens of thousands of file boxes on clean, dry storage racks. Each is carefully and digitally bar-coded for quick reference and retrieval.

We can locate any box within minutes and quickly deliver its contents to a client via email, fax or physical delivery or pick up. Once the retention period has expired, we can then pull the documents and securely shred or recycle them, ensuring that your data stays secure from delivery to retrieval to final shredding or recycling.
